Are You Listening to People's Stories About How the System Has Failed You?

Ree o, our listeners, yeso. Last year the direct cromcar summit had one of my patients actually get up on stage and tell his story. And i think that people's stories are so much more powerful about the hete bad aspects of our system than anything i could ever say. As a doctor in the trenches, i see so many people, whether they have insurance or not, who through the cracks, who get bad care, who avoid care. Am, you now, 'd really never gotten much medical care prior to that because, you know, he hard working guy,. Didn't take care of himself like he should.
