How to Heat a Pale of Honey in a Tanker Truck

A lot of these folks are starting off with very little background in professional winemaking. And they're starting on a very small scale. We get pales of honey like that all the time. I just spoke with Wayne Gibbons. He bought a pale of his yellow sweet clover honey, which is apparently phenomenal. But for one batch, we're using two or three drums for like a mid-sized batch. That goes in a tanker truck and then it becomes an almost solid. Then you have to heat that up to get it to come out of a tanker truck. You don't want to leave a tanker truck sitting there for a couple of days to warm it back up.
