I love my life and I feel really grateful to have gotten to a point and designed a life that I don't know if I see it changing that much. Except for the last three weeks, I've been working on this property nonstop. Not very passive right now. Stage one is where you're building the passive income stream and it's 100% active. That's where we're at. It can be more hands off in the long run, but it's never 100% passive even with a property manager. So keep that in mind.
