A 49-year-old man has persistent vertigo tinnitus and nausea. He was originally diagnosed with debutar neuritis treated with the standard method, which is steroids. If it's a central vertigo, I am very worried because the first thing that comes to my mind is either bleed or mass until proven otherwise.
