Movie Review: The Fashion Industry

I think the movie did a good job at kind of buffing away the glamorousness of modeling because though there are absolutely models who are part of the elite, they're making millions of dollars. And we know that exposure doesn't pay the bills. I cannot trade exposure to pay my rent and working as a fashion stylist, that's something that I experienced a lot where I'll do an editorial shoot and you're not getting paid for it. One of the things that I will say about the part one that I wish was discussed kind of more in depth in the film is they kind of touched on like gender dynamics and gender equity.
