Chlorophyll Dense Foods Can Help You Lose Weight

Chlorophyll can assist in weight loss and reduce the urge to eat hyperpolitable foods. One of my favorite chlorophyll dense foods, where it gets his name from is chlorilla. It also contains lutein and zeaxanthin that are proven to protect your eyes and lower the risk of macular degeneration. There's so many benefits when we have these whole food versions of these foods,. But being real, going from sour cream and cheddar ruffles to eating chlorophyll was a big jump.
