Jesus and the Apostles - Are They Not Just for the Missionaries?
In the first century jewish apocalyptic framework, and what we can just call at this point the gospel bears down upon the messenger is it's a massive motivation for self denial. And i think that in jesus's words just have the ability to cut right to the heart right here. He set forth the path that were to mimic and imitate, as paul would say, imitate me as i imitate the messiah.
