Is There a Need for Collaboration in Design Systems?

Most engineers don't actually enjoy writing documentation, so usually they i think that the first move when a writer joins the design system team is just like, oh, lik, can you just write this document ation for me? But of course, that doesn't scale. Most design systems i've ever worked with have really struggled with the contribution factor. So how do we get designers and writers to continuously contribute to the design system so we can keep it up to date? We've always beenreally happy when people are open to learning more about design systems,. reaching out to us, maybe eving an bedding in the team. I want to gete folks on the way.
