A lot of people think that there aren't any fireflies in the western united states. That's not true happy happye' hapy, because there are at least three different kinds of fireflies. There is really, really cool glowworm fireflies on the west coast,. including yush yougota gogolis, the california pink glow worm. And i don't know why people don't recognize those as fireflies. The males don't light up, but the females do. They glow for hours to attract these flying onlit mals.
