In the nineties not everybody at work had internet, and then my boss got it. Nd now everybody has it. But also, i would gather that a lot of these organizations are saying, we actually it's easier. It's saving us time. And they might even be saving money in terms of having to staff a big call center when people can just respond on social mediaye.
