James Dolan's MSG Sphera in Las Vegas

James Dolan is currently being sued for using facial recognition technology to track his rivals or people that he doesn't like and stop them from entering his venues. The project initially broke ground in September 2018 and was expected to cost $1.2 billion. But with COVID, the construction costs went a little higher than they expected. Now almost five years later, it'll be five years in September. The final construction cost is $2.3 billion. Still the project is now complete and the $2.4 billion might end up looking like a bargain.
