The Power of Community

I think I've been able to see the power of community. What I'm most excited about right now is that people are actually talking about how community can drive outcomes other than just support the collection. We can actually drive, you know, greater satisfaction and have NPS that increases like there's all these other ancillary benefits that actually can be measured and have impact. There's not many of us that have been doing this over a decade. So right now companies are struggling to hire people with community experience because they weren't investing in it five years ago.
