i came across this really cool article that i actually sent you a few days ago. And it talked about research that shows how thinking about good things that are coming can make us feel better right now, in the present moment. It kind of intuitively makes sense to me. Because i think about times when, you know, i planned my wedding, and i love planning events, and i run retreats. I just love knowing there's one coming up. There's a big event coming up, and i'm bringing people together, and i have so much fun working out all the details. That is what gives anybody joy.
