Danny Ryan says withdrawals is a great time to catalyze a redistribution of stake amongst pools. Just like Staker succeeded in making Ethereum more resilient by switching consensus clients, we can do so at Chappella for pools. It does seem like a better environment for solo stakers. There was a little bit of suspense, I think. At least you experienced this first hand in the hard fork. And those are probably the moments where you least have to,. when everyone's expecting a hard fork to work, that's when you should be the most worried.
