The Importance of Diversity in Hackathons

Matt: One of the issues I saw, and this goes back to something that Akshay was talking about, we saw the different personalities. So when you're doing a hackathon or letting people do their own thing, some people are really proactive and, oh, I've got an idea here. And other people just, they're just, you know, back in the background,. They don't really want to either volunteer their idea or get involved in that. It's quite difficult to pull them into that.
