Doctor Who - The Best Doctor Show Ever

When the show first started, it was made on a sound stage. Alty's other shows were doing le the cheet surgery without the masks on. We just wanted to make everything that wasn't funny real so maybe it would work. Even though we took so many liberties in regufe and stuff, it's often said this, for at least medical professionals, that this was the most realistic medical show.
