Is There a Running Gate Analysis?

I was training somebody in running cause he, you know, it's just going to do like a 5K or something. And so I was like, all right, well, we got to do some race based kind of stuff. Don't sprint. Shin splints. Yeah. But at the same time, if you're completely new to running, you're not really, you don't really know what you're doing. You might have to experiment with finding the right shoes and so on that there will be a higher amount of cushioning and support for your running style. When you're more experienced, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.Yeah. Exactly. Okay.
