What Are Your Teaching and Learning Priorities?
How did you come to those key teaching and learning priorities? And how many of them might you have in a school year? Great question. So we've got four, sorry, we've got retrieval practice, challenge, literacy and feedback. We identified that they were going to be the most important things to our school...and then we've kept them for four years. Any change before three years will mean that if you're moving on to something else, you're probably doing that before those things are properly embedded.
