Do You Need a Set of Cavalettis for Your Dog?

Cavaletti poles are never higher than the dog's hawk kite. You need at least six to ten poles, but for starting out, you can start out with three to four. The distance between pole to pole would be the height that your dog is at the withers. We want a neutral spine as they are striding over the poles. They should ideally be down the centre of the poles and not hugging one side or the other. And we don't ever want to scrunch them up and ask them to do things where they're in roache back form.
