Last week the supreme court held that the constitution not confer a right to abortion. The authority to regulate abortion was then returned to the states. But if you read the holding of the case, it does not say abortion is illegal. It says that there is no constitutional right. So without certain exceptions, canot have the law said in mississippi that you could not have an abortion after 15 weeks.
