A lot of folks come to learn because they want to reconnect to their heritage. They remember growing up hearing the language being spoken or they don't know why they say certain things, but then they find out it's actually something in CudiVinny that they've said all their life and it's not English. So to be better connected to oneself? I think that's also a way of limiting oneself to understanding the world in a different lens.
