You've written training for climbing how many additions are there now. One of the things that i need to update in the next edition relates to connective tissue training and tendon training. There is as much protein turnover in your tendons as there are in your muscles from high load training, according to research. That's a really rich topic that we can't go down that rabbit hole here but that's something that i've done a lot of research and studying on.
