The impulse to write about foreign countries is always an impulse of colonizer okay so you come and you colonize tourists are colonizers too people who judge about other countries Other people also sort of colonizers from the other hand I mean a position of a of a colonizer is also sort of you know inferior because you are aware that you would never really understand it.
