Is There a Way to Craft Your Job?

I think one of the things that we are not very well equipped to do, perhaps as humans, is have conversations about what it is that we want from our lives. There's a kind of four stage process with job crafting where you look at different aspects of what you do and how you could leverage them better. We don't talk about anything behind the facade on that butt shot on instagram that people go like, oh, my god, that's amazing. I e know, there must have been 200 shots that were a not really, you know, even sherrable to start. And i'm now in a much happier place because that's dealt with and reliably done.
