Some of the biggest mistakes that they'll make are really around trying to bring in their enterprise patterns and force them in, sometimes where they don't fit. The analogy is more like an x m l f dependency injection type system that's already happening for you. And it's especially true with web patterns, because when you're working in the web environment, you're very used to this. Now you have a single request, and there may be thousands or millions of these requests coming in at a time. But just, i guess having that mind set and remembering that you're not building a web ap and not trying to shove things in is a really big thing.
