With the truckers stuff, I think it showed a side of Canada that Americans had forgotten about for a long time. The average Canadian guy is actually not too different from Joe Schmoe in the U.S., he says. A lot of people here saw them as the vision into the future that Joe Sch moe is going to be basically hunted down by the government. He also talks about how bank accounts were frozen using technology like facial recognition and cell phone tracking. "It's exactly the same schizo mindset that underlines their immigration policy"
