The Glorious Appearance of the Figure
In this chapter, they discuss the description of a figure from the book of Revelation. They describe the figure as having glowing feet like molten bronze, holding seven stars in his hand, and a face shining like the sun. They speculate that this figure is very hot and even damaging to stand next to. John, who is experiencing a hallucinatory trip, flops on the floor in fear, but the figure reassures him and claims to be the first and the last, the living one with the keys to death and Hades.
