Researchers have analyzed over 100,000 reservoirs around the world using climate data to model the potential power generation of floating solar panels. If you covered every one of them, it would save water for 300 million people use annually. It's not just a good use of space, because a lot of it, you know, reservoirs apart from jet skiing and all the rest of it, is not been used as an area for anything. So why not cover it with solar panels?
