The Rise and Fall of 90210
The first of the teen-centric episodes coincidentally aired in February 1991, right in the middle of the first Gulf War. By May 1991, a devoted cult following of teens were glued to their TVs to find out if Brenda and Dylan would finally have sex. The show's creators actually received quite a bit of negative feedback because of the Spring Dance episode.
