Do You Think There Should Be More Liability in a Bright Line Sense?

I think Communications Decency Act, which says that the platforms are not liable for the content that their users post, is not adequate for the Internet age. We don't want to encourage the companies to just be flatly removing speech because as I said before, that often affects women and minorities more than it affects the majorities of countries. There are in betweens, adding friction, reducing amplification. You can put that out there. Some might say whimsy with respect to application rules.
