Sometimes it's just people who are sort of addicted to the checklist satisfaction. What I really needed was a deposit of 20 minutes on the book that I really wanted to write more than anything else in my life. To me, it is just another thing our brains can get addicted to and it can feel really good just like eating a cookie. But it is not actually doing something good. And again, you saw you people, it's not like the answer is to not take your stuff to the cleaners ever. Doing those things is like taking a shower, it's going to the bathroom. It's just it's stuff that you have to do. You're not getting work done.
