Forgive yourself regularly. Practice bringing mindfulness and compassion to what's going on inside you, there's a far greater chance that you can shift the patterning. The next reminder is, i find that really helpful, that sense of how is the person have their leg in a trap? You know, what's hurting? Tell me what hurts. Sometimes you ask it out loud, sometimes you just imagine. But just to keep remembering, it's always a dance.
