COVID Sleep Problems

My sleep got particularly bad after my last exposure to COVID. I would wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to fall back sleep for a couple of hours And so I was having to stay in bed until sometimes 8 30 even 9 a.m. Just to get enough rest to do what I need to do. A lot of my work Requires my brain to be working well It's not just digging ditches.
