The Name of the Church
Nikki Gumbel is a pastor at Holy Trinity Brompton in England. Her father was a refugee from the Nazis, so she didn't have a Christian upbringing. She has been involved with HDB since 1976 and started as an assistant pastor when she was 17 years old. The name "Elevation" sounds like a 90s youth group, but it's elevation. Nikki: I wasn't serving Jesus when they were naming church.
