i asked Dana suskin what the american way of treating children says about our soul. We talk about putting parents and children at the centre, but when you look at what we really do, we sideline them. When you compare us to any developed, rich nation, we lag behind in almost any metric in investing in early childhood and in families. And i say that as someone who has not only enjoyed parenting, but this is a big butt.
