The Role of Sarcomers in Hypertrophy
When we train muscles in respect positions or if we use other scenarios when muscles are experiencing passive tension, then we do tend to see the extra hypertrophy isn't coming from the same kind of source. It tends to be just from an increase in muscle fiber diameter and that's occurring because of an addition of my ephemerals in parallel. And so there's what we're talking about adding sarcomers in series or in parallel. So those particular hypertrophy outcomes happen via different muscle links or contraction types.
