"This world is just like ours, except for the fact that there isn't after life. And so people who are angel chasing are actually taking a risk ie. A lot of them are trying to get healed or get a blessing of some sort," he says. "I think this is true of a lot of ted chang stories... He takes these almost crazy premises, but then plops you inyour i guess this is like what science fiction and fantasy writers do when they're good."
