Elijah's Real Estate Portfolio: 870 Units
Elijah's current real estate portfolio consists of 870 units of multifamily and 100 short term rentals through a wide variety of ownership structures. When Goldhawk invests in a deal, are you going to go to a fund? Are you going into the general partnership as a capital razor or are you purely an LP? It could be both, but right now I'm focused on buying into the deal as a limited partner, but doing it through an LLC that I allow others to join. Why is it that you're getting better returns from operators for bringing more money? Sure. So people like me who have access to capital and friends with capital can solve that problem for them.
