There are three factions that we think about when it comes to motivation. There's the am motivated part which has to do with having the drives do what you need to do. But there's also the I part which is when you say I am especially, it's all you present. A lot of experts would agree that somewhere between 90 to 95 percent of brain activity is unconscious. So for a long people, there are unconscious conflicts, for example, that stand in the way of getting to their goal.
