Microgravity and Its Uses
The rock itself has all sorts of cylinders and towers and tethers hanging out the back of it. The whole place is shot through with thousands of kilometers of tunnels these days ranging from just wide enough for a person to float down head first in microgravity. You can actually move a 10 ton block on your own as a person though in air it will resist being shoved on more and slow down as the air drags it to a halt.
