Open Source Infrastructure Funding
The answer is it's not funded well. Open source software is the backbone of everything we know about the internet today. And I think it's in a place of transition right now where there's kind of this explosion of new tools and methods for how to fund it. There's just all these different ways to sort of collect and distribute funds with like the tools that we've been building in web three. We're also experimenting with retroactive public goods funding where you can build an open sources project and people can vote on its effectiveness.
