The Future of Policing
I would like to see a much longer training academy that's based on scientific evidence of best practices. I align myself in the community of evidence based scholarship in policing, which means let's have the randomized control trials. We as a community can do better. It's been better in my lifetime. I think it'll be better in my children's lifetime. But to do so, we're going to have to do a lot of really hard, expensive work.
