The Financial Incentives for a Seven Year Old
The idea for this came out of our navy careers where if you signed up for more c duty you got paid a little more money. A kid that gets that financial incentive at first we'll test it out to make sure it really works. As long as the financial system at the family house holds up and follows through on those commitments it's a very powerful incentive.
