The Filtering Mechanism of Class Recognition

You've got these people who wield extraordinary power over those who are less rich than them. And yet they've had their ability to empathize curtailed from such a young age. That aspect of not being able to empathize with people outside the social class, I mean that is tribal. You just get into this cycle of entitlement. Once you find people in common, you can then believe that the other person is operating by the same rules as you and that's very reassuring.
