The Story of the Khabadnik

Parnavijer Ishiva was founded in 1934 by six boys. They were sent off to a sister when they were eight years old after their mother became ill and the father couldn't provide for them. The boy's dream was to learn with Robert Baer, but he realized that it would be impossible because of the border between Russia and Poland. He then went to Artisuril where he learned 24-7 from a Khabadnik who taught him shakdannim before moving on to Lamsa Yeshiva which was the biggest shiva at the time In Petarikva.
