Ending a Narcissistic Relationship
When a narcisistic relationship comest comes to an end, there's an aspect of you that is so wounded. It's about really feeling used. You have so much confusion when you end a narcisists relationship. But we also have to let go of the phantasy that we created in our head based on the phantasy the narcissus created in our relationship. We have to grieve that experience. This too shall pass.
