Is Section 230 Really Congressy?
This was going to be the beginning of what we've called the tech term, Sarah. There was a lot of buildup for something that is going to turn out to be not very substantial at all. The justices took a look at the arguments and said, whoa, wait a minute, what you're asking us to do sounds really Congressy. And when it comes to section 230, whether you're making a common carrier argument or you're making this promotion argument, the problem you run into is the actual language of Section 230.
