If your college doesn't have an internship requirement, that's a shame. You could ask other trainers there with more experience if you can shadow them. Any kind of experience where you can work under somebody or lean on somebody with more experience, i think that would be a nice way to ease into it and feel a little bit more comfortable. Oh, another thing i'd say as well is, like, if you get a job at, you know, like golds or some sort of big commercial gim you're not going to have a full client roster on day one.
