The Challenges of Getting Buy-in From Leadership

Avi: I see organizations trying all kinds of creative ways to address a lot of the challenges we've talked about. One organization that I met with recently is doing something unique that I haven't seen anywhere else, which is an agile coaching organization within their company. And they are now redeploying the agile coaches to actually be the leaders of developer experience improvements on every individual team across the company. It's also important that we are not all promising. Things are hard to change and it needs a lot of commitment and also some time. The challenge here is to really find the link between the two.
