I worry about whether I'm communicating the thing I intend to communicate by the time I started writing HPMOR. There were consistent divergences between how I meant the story to be taken and the way that many people are like such statistically or like the statistically distorted sub population of people that speaks on the internet where you don't know where the statistical distortion is. The echoes that came back from the internet often showed a sort of systematically divergent like image of the story compared to what I thought the story was supposed to convey. Elie Azer's fault, not the audience's fault is that I just like way, way, way overestimated how transparent everything was.
